We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to work for Tystar Corporation. The Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, troubleshooting and repairing chemical vapor deposition (CVD) equipment at our customer sites. The candidate must also demonstrate a broad in-depth knowledge of LPCVD, oxidation, diffusion, and annealing processes with at least 5 years of hands-on experience. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• CVD equipment installation, repair and service
• PCB electronics and controller troubleshooting
• Gas panel design and gas loop plumbing
Requirements:
• Associate degree or above in engineering
• Must be able to travel for extended periods of time
• Advanced electronics knowledge and PCB troubleshooting skill
• Must be able to read schematics and CAD drawings
• Ability to work well in team under minimal supervision
• Problem-solving skills with attention to details
• Experience in gas flow control and data collection desirable
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good people skills
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
