Tystar's Atmospheric and Low Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition Furnace systems. It is designated for direct deposition of Single and Multiwall carbon nanotube, nanowires and other nano structures. Tystar can combine CNT process reactor with other atmospheric and LPCVD process tubes.
